Catch Upby Apps for Us

Private photo sharing that connects you to your family and friends.

Why Catch Up

Create private channels for the groups in your life, and share posts that only the people in each channel can see.

All your channels come together in one home feed. It feels like social media, without the bloat: no sponsored content and no influencers. Just posts from the people you care about, with no pressure.

React, comment and catch up on the last 7 days of their lives, whenever suits you.

How it works

  1. Make a channel

One for each group: Family, the school mums, Saturday football. You moderate the ones you make.

  2. Share the invite link

Drop it in your group chat. Each person sees who runs the channel and how many are in it before they join.

  3. Post your photos

Up to 10 at a time, to one channel or several. Each channel can call you something different, like “Mum” in Family.

  4. Catch up

Everyone’s posts land in your home feed. When you’ve seen the week, you’re all caught up, and posts disappear after 7 days.

Private by design

Only your channels
Only the members of a channel can see what’s shared in it. There’s no public side at all.
Gone after a week
Posts, photos, reactions and comments are deleted 7 days after they’re shared.
You decide about saving
Saving is off unless the poster turns it on for their post.
No location in photos
Location and camera details are removed on your phone before a photo is uploaded.
No passwords
Sign in with Google or a 6-digit code sent to your email.
Leave any time
Delete your account and everything you’ve shared from Settings, straight away.
